FAQ – AIR-TO-AIR HEAT PUMPS

SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) is a value that represents the relationship between input and output.

For example, if the SCOP value is 4.0, it means that for every 1 kr energy costs, you get heating to the value of 4 kr.

Our heat pumps have a built-in anti-freeze function, which means that the indoor temperature will never go below +8°C.

Furthermore, they feature an extra heating element in the outdoor unit, that ensures efficient operation right down to -25°C.

Heat pumps are a supplementary form of heating, but if you install several units, heat can be better distributed. Take a look at our heat pump datasheets to see the size of area we recommend for using a heat pump.

Our heat pumps have integrated filters to remove airborne particles. Some models have HD filters that remove even the smallest particles.

All our air-to-air heat pumps can also act as air conditioning/climate control units.

All our air-to-air heat pumps also feature a dehumidifier function.
