Heat pumps MUST be installed by authorized plumber / electrician for the guarantee to apply. Maintenance and service of the heat pump must be performed annually by a KMO certified fitter, otherwise the warranty and right of complaint lapse. If the service will not be conducted, the extended warranty will void.
